Rupert took part in the Winchester Duathlon which consisted of a 10km run, a 41km bike route and another 5km run.
Rupert described the event as “pretty tough, with 2000ft of climbing over the whole course and a soul destroying climb at the beginning of each of the 2.5 km running laps! But I got through it and came 12th out of the 100 or so that took part”.
Rupert raised £875 for PACT. Well done Rupert!
